Process to update/Correction ABC ID Card-Name, DOB, Gender

1. As you need to update your Aadhaar card to update ABC ID, first you visit your nearest Aadhaar center and update your Aadhaar card.
2. Once your Aadhaar card is updated then you login to DigiLocker portal.
3. Then click on “Issued Documents” option and then click on ‘Refresh’ option.
4. After that click on I Agree option and wait for some time for the page to fetch.
5. Then an OTP will be sent to the registrar’s mobile number along with your Aadhaar card and submit it.
6. Then click on your Aadhaar card option now you can see your changed Aadhaar card.
7. Then you came to your ABC ID card option and refresh you ABC ID card by click on the three dot option next to it.

Note:- It may take 2 to 3 days for your ABC ID Card to be updated, so within these 2-3 days you should refresh and check again and again. Meanwhile you can go to the Need help option then enter your email id and verify with OTP. Then go to raise tickets option and submit your name mobile number and click on “Need Help” option and describe your problem like Name mismatch, Incorrect DOB, Wrong Gender etc what is exactly. Then select the sub category then fill the add details where you have to write about your problem and click on submit button. A ticket id will be generated. Step by Step Guide Update Institution/University Name On Your ABC ID Card

If you have selected the name of your institution or university wrong while creating ABC ID card then you may face many problems but you have no reason to worry, you can easily update your ABC ID card, all you need to do is go through the following steps carefully. Read and follow the steps given below.

1. Frist Login to DigiLocker Portal www.digilocker.gov.in
2. Then click On Issued document option then your ABC ID card will be displayed.
3. Then click on the three dot option next to the ABC ID card, then click on the delete option below to delete your ABC ID. If the ABC ID is not deleted, refresh it by pressing the refresh button.
4. Then you open the Home page of DigiLocker then click on Explore Now then go to the Education and learning then create your ABC ID with wright information this time.
